Eviction and looting without a State marshal
On July 11, 2012 Daskal and Fishback decided to empty out the building. They walked into
the building and started removing property . Fromer called the police
three times. While about 6 policemen responded, including the precinct commander Mike
Deddo, they were more interested in locking up Fromer, the one who reported the trespass and
looting by Daskal and Fishback. Ordinary people need a court order of eviction and a
marshal to enter premises and take possession, but not Daskal and Fishback they felt they
were above the law, and the police was at their service.
The detective who arrived immediately recognized his friends from the civilian patrol.
Detective Mike Adriano immediately told Fishback "Just tell me that he assaulted you or threaten you than I will arrest him for life" . About 8-10 Shomrim patrol guys took out of the building everything in
it, including inventory supplies, and even lawyers files This was a daylight robbery sponsored by the police. To date, Fromer has no idea
what happened to the personal property Daskal and Fishback removed that day.
